"As the port engineer for Columbia University’s RV Marcus G. Langseth and the former port engineer for UCSD Scripps Institution of Oceanography with their four oceanographic research vessels, my responsibility spans the full scope of global maintenance, repair, regulatory compliance, and upgrade of these vessels.
